At APPIAHart, each artwork is carefully prepared and shipped with the utmost attention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship artworks from Switzerland to:

  • Switzerland

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations worldwide

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at appiahart.patience@gmail.com.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Original artworks may require additional preparation time

  • Custom or commissioned artworks have individual production timelines, communicated separately

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Artworks are shipped via reliable and insured carriers (e.g. Swiss Post or equivalent international partners).

Whenever possible:

  • Shipments include tracking

  • Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport


4. Delivery Times (Estimates)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • size and weight of the artwork

  • selected shipping method

All applicable shipping charges are displayed before order confirmation.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside Switzerland:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply

  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • APPIAHart has no control over customs processing times or fees


7. Insurance & Risk of Loss

All artworks are carefully packed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

APPIAHart cannot be held responsible for:

  • delays or losses due to incorrect address information

  • failed deliveries where the carrier is unable to complete delivery

Additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.


9. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
