Refund Policy

At APPIAHart, each artwork is created and handled with great care. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the conditions described below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The item is not customized or made to order

To initiate a return, please contact us at appiahart.patience@gmail.com before sending the item back.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Original artworks

  • Custom or commissioned artworks

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)

These exclusions are in accordance with Swiss and EU consumer protection laws.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

APPIAHart is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at appiahart.patience@gmail.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos.


International Orders

For international returns:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping or customs costs are borne by the customer
