By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

APPIAHart offers original artworks, limited editions, prints, and related artistic products.

Each artwork is described as accurately as possible. Due to the artistic and handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color or texture may occur.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in [CHF / EUR – as displayed on the website] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

APPIAHart reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

APPIAHart reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • payment issues
  • incorrect pricing or product description errors
  • suspected fraud

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s integrated payment providers.

APPIAHart does not store or have access to full payment details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

APPIAHart is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

8. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

a) EU & Swiss Customers

In accordance with applicable law, customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except for:

  • customized or made-to-order artworks
  • original artworks created specifically for the customer

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

b) Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on APPIAHart.com (artworks, images, texts, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

APPIAHart shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
